    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with my friend Dr. Eseli whom we had an opportunity to discuss this Bill all the way from last week and I respect his views on it. I want to plead that even as the issues of breasts are nice to talk about, let us talk about them with a view to taking care of our most vulnerable. Let me say that even though the Bill has been put forward to tomorrow I want to urge hon. Members to take interest in this Bill. There is something which is important which maybe hon. Members are not saying which needs to be said, that we need to make it to protect not only the vulnerable but also everybody involved. So, I am in support of this Bill. I supported it in the House Business Committee but I did not think it was about Rachael’s breasts. I was supporting it for the children but now that it includes---"
