    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also stand to support this Bill and I will be very brief. In so doing, I want to request the Minister to be very clear on Section 2(c). What does “monetary instruments” mean? “2 (c) any other negotiable instrument which is in bearer form, or other form through which title passes upon delivery.” That is very wide. If you look at the intent and even the legislative history of that Bill, the primary purpose was not to extend it to this degree."
