    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I sit on the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) with hon. Odhiambo- Mabona and we have made it very clear that the Government should give priority to these very crucial Bills. For your information, we have also said we have no intention of extending sitting hours, because there is no reason why the Government cannot use the time it has. So, the Government should forget the business of extra sitting days or hours, because it has not been busy giving us Bills. They have been busy going out there to campaign."
