    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, would I be in order to request that the Executive arm of the Government puts up in two daily newspapers; Daily Nation and The Standard a full page advertisement stating clearly that the reason why the constitutional implementation bills have not been in place is because the Executive side of the Government has been asleep. If they are not asleep, let them give reasons to Kenyans as to why these Bills have not been brought to Parliament for enactment. If they do that, for once, as Parliament, we will get a rest from public bashing."
