Indeed, the National Transport and Safety (Authority) Bill and the Traffic (Amendment) Bill will be deferred. I understand that with regard to the Traffic (Amendment) Bill, hon. Midiwo’s Bill was supposed to be brought together with this, so that they can synchronize them.
