"content": "We can go on with it and then we carry it forward at the end when we report progress to the House. We can then revisit it subject to this clause. I can go to my office and bring the codex, so that everybody can be brought up to speed. What I would like the House to know is that they should be able to trust the Committee because we went through the codex. We cannot come and purport to be giving things from the codex when we have not referred to it. It would be very wrong on our part to do so. So, we did so and that is why I was suggesting that we follow the usual Parliamentary procedure, so that we continue with things the way they are, even if we pass it subject to coming back to it at the end."
