    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I just want to draw out attention to today’s Order Paper. In today’s Order Paper, we have the Political Parties Bill and then the National Construction Authority Bill. We have also the National Gender and Equality Commission Bill. Despite the fact that the National Construction Authority Bill is not part of the Constitutional Implementation Bill, it is prioritized above the National Gender and Equality Commission Bill. The Minister is misleading that he is not prioritizing any other Bills. Is he in order to mislead the House?"
