It is because the principle of this law that the Minister is coming up with is the basis upon which the code is written. You cannot be quoting a code that this law will be higher than. It is the code that needs to be regulated according to the law. If it was not for the fact that these issues have been identified--- In fact, probably the key reason women are being encouraged not to breastfeed--- These amendments totally negate the spirit of this Bill. It will make no sense to have this Bill and continue to allow reasons why the Government has come up with a law that is encouraging breastfeeding. It is for the very reasons that he is giving---"
