    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wish to oppose the amendment by the Committee because it negates the whole spirit of the Bill. The Bill is seeking to protect our children by ensuring that they are provided with breast milk. Therefore, for us to discourage activities and actions, we would actually be going in the opposite direction. With those few remarks, I oppose. I would like to tell hon. C. Kilonzo that when we are trained by SUNY we have not brought legislation here. So, he is actually giving a very interesting angle on this matter."
