    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the law guarantees the right to privacy but I think when there is danger of any sort and especially to life - and health, Bills normally deal with life and welfare of the people - that time we must be allowed to move fast. I would like to remind this House that when there was the case of Aflotoxin in Unimix children’s food, this House ordered that we remove all the Unimix wherever it was – and it was manufactured in this country - which the Ministry did. With such a law, we would have had to wait to go to court to get a warrant. In the meantime, children would have died. The other one is when we had the Chinese milk that was contaminated. We removed it immediately. Indeed, some children had already died. So, this will be cumbersome. It would mean---"
