    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I have looked at the Minister’s amendments and the Chairman of the Committee’s amendments and actually they are almost the same. In fact, on Sub-Section (6) on what the Minister was saying is actually there. It reads:- “If no resolution is made by the National Assembly within expiry of 21 days from the date which the National Assembly next sits from the date on which the regulation is laid under Sub-section 3, the regulations shall come into operation in the form laid before the National Assembly under Sub-section 3.” So, I think we give the Minister a chance to reconfirm that, indeed, what Dr. Monda is saying is actually what was agreed upon."
