    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I find this amendment regular and proper. We have a whole Committee on Delegated Legislation which meets to look at all these regulations. We should not have a procedure where Ministries are allowed to make regulations without supervision of the National Assembly. So, they should be tabled here and our relevant Committee on Delegated Legislation will look at them. If there is no objection, they become law. Some of them have far reaching consequences like any other direct legislation. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir."
