    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. Indeed, you have clarified that issue. It may appear superfluous, but I think the last bit is a proviso that if they are tabled here and no action is taken within 21 days, they will become law. So, it obligates the House to either make a decision or to allow it to become law, which is very good. I wish that all this now becomes standard for all regulations. So, I will support this amendment."
