    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a deliberate attempt by the Member for Lagdera to delay this matter and, therefore, it is important that since the Minister has the answer, he should instruct the Provincial Commissioner of North Eastern Province to direct his District Commissioners and we shall get peace there. As long as the Deputy Speaker is interested, this Question will never see the light of day. It is a deliberate attempt to create chaos between the communities in Wajir and Garissa. We already have the answer. I request the Minister to direct the Provincial Commissioner, North Eastern, to sort out the dispute between the two constituencies. It is an administrative boundary."
