    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if I may correct my colleague, Mr. Aden Barre Duale, we got a letter from the Provincial Commissioner, North Eastern Province, on 10th June, 2011, to resolve this issue as hon. Members from North Eastern Province. We are 12 hon. Members. Since then, the Deputy Speaker has been avoiding these meetings to resolve the dispute. We had six meetings and he did not turn up. This prompted us to request for a Ministerial Statement. It also prompted us to bring this Question. This is the second time he requests this Question be postponed."
