The only thing they forgot is that the general population was willing for this to get to this level because the voting was not done by those who stay in town and these ones who talk about the civil society and so on, it is the mamas from the villages who voted for the new Constitution. Therefore, they must be commended for this and they must get their rightful share of the role they played. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the need for balance must also be taken care of. It has been difficult to implement this. The former President resisted this. However, there was a revolution or something that happened in the Rift Valley. I commend the people of Rift Valley for having brought in the largest number of women. They are highly educated women whom we would not have had were it not for the electorate. I appreciate that and hope they can be able to bring more of them. One of them is Dr. Joyce Laboso. They should bring her back because she has served us very well.
