    "content": "(a) It is true that CDF has constructed a total of four rooms for the Administration Police officers’ accommodation at Ndonyo Wasin. However, owing to the security consideration, since the area is prone to frequent cattle rustling and banditry activities, it would not be prudent to deploy less than one section (10 officers) in such an area. Further, the facility also lacks sanitation, bathrooms and water supply as well as communication facilities and transport. In this regard, officers will be posted to the area once adequate accommodation is made available for the required number of officer as the available houses can only accommodate four officers. (b) I am aware that a camp comprising of four uni-huts was established at Losesia which can only accommodate four officers. Whilst the area is currently uninhabited, the area is used as a grazing zone during extreme dry periods. The area is also prone to cattle rustling and clashes between locals and communities from neighbouring districts over pasture and water. Owing to those factors, a minimum of two sections (20 officers) is required to be deployed in the camp, which cannot accommodate such a number currently. However, once those accommodation and other requisite logistical challenges are addressed, appropriate deployment will be done."
