    "content": "that education standards in Murang’a and Kangema have gone down for the past few years and every Murang’a person is crying. I appeal that we join hands and develop that place. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, last but not least, I am aware that there is too much money going to Kangema. There is this money we are dispensing. Again, I am aware Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) through the bonus is going to pump about Kshs700 million into Kangema Constituency. I am appealing to my fellow Kangema people to spend that money wisely. They will see so many visitors visiting Kangema. They must be wary of them because they do not live in Kangema. That kind of money is too much and I wish to request my fellow colleagues back home that they invest it properly. It has never been like this before. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to stop there and wish Kangema well and Kenya well. Asante sana."
