His accomplice managed to escape but he is under investigation as we speak now. The Judicial Commission of Inquiry will find more on the same. On the issue of reconstruction and resettlement, I want to combine that clarification sought by Mr. Mungatana, the one by Mr. Duale who was also asking about compensation and the one by Mr. Ethuro on humanitarian aid and resettlement. The priority at the moment is for normalcy to return completely in the area. Right now, there is registration of the displaced persons mostly by other agencies of the Government like the Ministry of State for Special Programmes. The issue of resettlement and reconstruction will follow once registration of the displaced persons has been done."
