    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me an opportunity. I thank the Committee for bringing these names. I think the judicial reforms will not be complete without the reforms of the police. Recently, we have had major security problems in this country. I am happy that today, we will pass the NPSC, so that we will have an Inspector-General in due course. We want to stop this amorphous thing of blaming the Government for failing to do this and that. We hope to have a reformed police force that can serve the people of Kenya without discrimination. Thank you."
