    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, clause 6(1) be amended— (a) in paragraph (f), by deleting the word “six” and substituting therefor the word “four”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f)— “(fa) two persons appointed by the Cabinet Secretary to represent groups with special interests in the transportation industry”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is to split the six Board members who are to be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, so that we have two who must come from the transport sector."
