    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Second Schedule be amended in paragraph 1— (a) by deleting subparagraph (1) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph— “(1) The Board shall meet at most twelve times in every financial year and not more than three months shall elapse between the date of one meeting and the date of the next meeting.” (b) by deleting the word “Commission” in subparagraph (7) and substituting therefor the word “Board”. This one is limiting the maximum number of Board meetings."
