    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to agree with the committee’s recommendation for the simple reason that even Kenya is soon moving away from the death penalty. Since we are moving away from the death penalty, the next best thing will be life imprisonment. If one is being charged in a case of pre-meditated murder, you cannot equate that to an accident, whether it is dangerous driving or not. So, I support the committee’s amendment."
