"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, allow me also to say that as much as I would want to support this Bill, and I truly do support it, I am also asking myself how much money we have as a nation. I know in the last six months we have set up many commissions. Every time we look at the newspapers and see the remunerations that we will be giving to these commissions, at some point we may also want to ask whether we will be able to afford it as a nation. This is because it is good to say that the commissions are there and they will play a noble role, but at the end of the day, it is a question of affordability. We should also remember that there are many other competing services that we also require as a nation, and we need to ensure that we move ahead together."
