    "content": "Clause 10 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new subsection (1A) by inserting the words “and in at least two newspapers with national circulation” immediately after the word “Gazette”. This was basically that when a road is to be closed, hon. Midiwo’s Bill was proposing that the Inspector-General gives a notice of seven days in a gazette notice. But we have added there “at last in two newspapers with national circulation” so that it is not only the Kenya Gazette."
