    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 be amended in the proposed new section 103C(3) by— (a) deleting the words “ten years” and “five hundred thousand” and substituting therefor the words “three years” and one hundred thousand” respectively; (b) deleting the words “or to both”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is regarding penalties. We wanted to standardize it with what we have done previously."
