The practice and procedure is that whenever there is an amendment to delete, we start with it. Why improve and then it is deleted? So, if it is deleted, let it be deleted and if it is retained, then you will improve. That is the argument and that has been the practice. I will not change it today because this House has been “around”. So, let us dispose of hon. Were’s amendment."
