    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 be amended in the proposed new subsection (2) by— (a) deleting the words “or to both” appearing in paragraph (a); (a) deleting the words “or to both” appearing in paragraph (b). This one relates to signals and signs to be obeyed. We are proposing to remove the words “or to both” so that if you have to receive a punishment, it should be one and not both."
