"content": "6.00 p.m. Why do we want to imagine that we are going to have vehicles that are over speeding? Let us be realistic. I am pleading with my colleagues. I have been in this industry and a maximum of 12 hours is sufficient. Supposing there is a traffic jam? Suppose the road is rough? Suppose there is a diversion? We will find ourselves in a big crisis. I am talking from a point of authority. I wish they could understand the predicament these drivers go through so that at least we limit it to 12 hours. With this new technology and machines that are new, 12 hours will not be too much time. In any case, from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. somebody is always awake. Even if that driver has a co-driver and that co-driver is also awake this will not solve the problem. I am pleading that we allow--- Take me as an authority. I am interested in keeping safe the lives of Kenyans. In any case, they are my voters. We should allow 12 hours maximum and it will cure the problem."
