    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 33 be deleted and replaced with the following new clause— Amendment of section 86 of Cap. 403. 33. Section 86 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “one thousand” and “three months” and substituting therefore the words “one hundred thousand” and “two years” respectively. On this one, the reasoning is the same. It is to enhance the punishment or penalties to conform with reckless driving as it appears under Section 47."
