I would like it to be reduced from Kshs5,000 to Kshs1,000. You surely cannot take whatever wananchi use . This is like killing them because they will not be able to work. I think the local authorities have been excessive in this thing. Bicycles were banned by the colonialists, and we are now going back to what the colonialists were doing. So, I am pleading that this be reduced to Kshs1,000."
