    "content": "I do not think that we intended to have a lean Government, but have bloated Commissions. It would defeat the purpose of lessening the burden on the taxpayer. I, however, note that the Minister has proposed a maximum of five members for this Commission, which is commendable. However, I would urge that Section 9 of this Bill be enhanced by indicating that one of those five people must be a person living with disability. This is so, because people living with disability are likely to feel left out. Because we want to curb the number of Commissions, how about including them in this Commission, so that the matters of equality for people living with disabilities are carried on Board."
