    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 41 be amended by deleting the words “or both” appearing immediately after the words “one year”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this one is regarding the inspection of motor vehicles as per Section 105, which indicates that if the police are entitled to inspect vehicles, and there is failure or the owners or drivers of the vehicles fail to comply, then a certain penalty will be meted on them. What we are only trying to remove is that issue of double punishment, so that it is either a fine or imprisonment."
