    "content": "amendment on the Order Paper on Clause 14 by the Committee initially which is on page 4132 was that Clause 14 be amended by deleting the proposed new Section 117B and substituting with your earlier amendment which was carried. The problem was that now with the old section is that it had remained intact. So, what we are doing now is that we are deleting that and substituting in its entirety the new one to your further amendment to the amendment you had brought."
