    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The list that the Minister has given contains names of 115 officers who have resigned. Indeed, 115 officers is a very big number bearing in mind that quite a number of them were Ambassadors, Permanent Secretaries and Chief Executive Officers of various institutions. As much as the Minister has said that there are some officers who are acting, could he tell us when these positions will be filled to avoid a situation where we have officers acting for many years or months without filling those positions substantively?"
