    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, my Permanent Secretary intervened with regard to this matter and a committee was constituted which was chaired by my PS. The committee recommended that the licence be cancelled. The other party who were developers of Jatropha went to the tribunal. Up to today, the tribunal has not come up with a clear decision. So, that is what has made the Ministry buy time. But the whole issue is nasty. Since the tribunal has not come out with a ruling, our hands are tied."
