The reason the hospital lacks adequate facilities is because of budgetary constraints. (b) The Ministry will progressively upgrade the hospital’s equipment as funds become available. Medical doctors can only be deployed in facilities where they can carry out the complex medical interventions and procedures that they are trained to perform.
