You must go to the Ministry of Finance and tell them that the House is demanding an answer and so, they should make a provision for what you want to do to the hospital. After that, you can come back to the House and tell us what the position is. It is not sufficient for Ministers to come and just give blunt answers that the Ministry of Finance has been requested. You must provide specifics of what you have requested, when you requested, what the answer was, how long you should wait and how much. These Questions are not being asked just for ornamental value. They demand answers. So, how long do you require to get this information from the Ministry of Finance?"
