    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do appreciate the effort that the Assistant Minister is making in trying to give a wrong explanation. However, the point is that the issue of inadequate facilities is not only being experienced in one area of the country because all hospitals experience this problem. In his answer, the Assistant Minister said that if the hospital in question provided facilities, he would provide the equipment. I can give the Assistant Minister an example of Muriranja District Hospital in my area where we have put up a facility for X-ray and for the last four years, we have not had one. Could the Assistant Minister clearly say that if a hospital has all the physical facilities that are required, then he will have the funds to supply the equipment? We have the physical facilities, but he has not provided the equipment. I appreciate that the Assistant Minister has made an effort, but could he commit the Ministry and the Government that once the physical facilities are in place, then the equipment will be provided?"
