But it is also true that the Government has looked into other ways of raising money. For example, in the Ministry of Roads and Ministry of Transport, the question of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) has been a policy. Could the Assistant Minister not think outside the box? What is the problem with the Government not thinking about the PPP policy as far as important Government hospitals that serve large areas are concerned? Why can you not involve the private sector in that area?"
