    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand guided by your ruling, but I just want to indicate that if you actually note when this Bill came for Second Reading, it is several months ago. So, anybody who was interested in bringing any amendments had all the ample time. This is a Private Member’s Bill and I do not think it is in order for the Government side to delay me. They had all the time to bring amendments. As the Mover, I am ready to proceed. I do not see why I should be precluded because of the Government’s dalliance."
