    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the issue of security is fundamental. Where we have tell-tale signs that things can get out of hand, it is good to arrest the situation early. This year precedes election, and it would be in order that we have this Select Committee to get to the bottom of the matter, so that whatever could end up messing up with the electoral process next year is unearthed early and safeguards are put in place. This way, Kenyans can continue doing their business in a very secure environment. With those few remarks, I second."
