Kiuna was already suggested to be a Member of the Committee and he is a neighbour, being the Member for Molo, we need to be convinced by hon. Kigen why he thinks amongst all those names, the name that should be eliminated is the one of hon. Kiuna. This is the case and yet Mr. Kiuna neighbours the area and they also have some interest. Is this a scheme to tilt the Report of the Committee in a certain direction by removing a Member who may have crucial information relating to this settlement scheme?"
