    "content": "leadership or governance in this country is that of rulership. They are there to rule. They are not there to provide leadership. Therefore, they come and impose their own ideas and thinking. We want to ensure that that stays as a rule yet Kenyans’ situations have changed. Everybody should be treated fairly irrespective of their ethnic background. I believe this Committee will move to the ground with very open mind and ensure that fairness is done to everybody. I also beg as the last contribution that this Government should have come up with a law on resettlement and evictions. They have continued to evict people even in the streets. They evict even Jua Kali people on a daily basis without thinking about their serious concerns Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
