(a) Why are telephone posts which used to cost Kshs25,000 each, currently being uprooted by Telkom Kenya and sold for Kshs500 each in Kanyakwar and Gambogi areas? (b) Could the Minister clarify whether the activity is a nationwide exercise and, if so, confirm that Telkom Kenya is no longer interested in supplying fixed line telephone services to Kenyans?"
