    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that Mr. Martin Kamau Miring’u (ID No.26431478) died while undergoing treatment at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital on 4th July 2012, after he was hit by a policeman a day before his admission to the hospital? (b) Could the Minister confirm that Mr. Miring’u died of hypostatic pneumonia as a result of head injury? (c) Has the Minister investigated the matter with a view of establishing the real cause of death? Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have not received a copy of the answer."
