    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have had the privilege of seeing a copy of the postmortem report. It is clear that, that man was taken to the hospital by the police in comatose. He had injuries on the head among other parts of the body, by both blunt and sharp objects. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House whether the police have bothered to find out how he obtained those injuries; whether it was after or before the arrest, and if that is recorded in the Occurrence Book (OB)?"
