Member is concerned with the physical facilities while the other one’s question was multifaceted. One is to do with the appointments and I have said that the court’s finding was that the appointments were unconstitutional. The Attorney-General advised the Government to respect the court ruling and not appeal. I have said that the Attorney-General has not appealed the ruling.
