    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Right Hon. Prime Minister said that his Ministers are here, and there is nobody to challenge his assertion that, that is the position of the Government. But we know that there is another position by the “other” Government, which is represented by none other than the Minister who went to court and appealed against the ruling on the validity of the appointments of the County Commissioners, contrary to the advice of the Attorney-General. Perhaps, he can take the challenge and tell us whether the “other” Government is for the other position."
