    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said - and I want to repeat - that, following the ruling by the court, the Attorney-General, who is the Chief Legal Advisor to the Government, advised the Government that he was not going to appeal against the judgement. The Attorney-General has not appealed. Secondly, the question of whether or not the Government should appeal against the court ruling has not been discussed and resolved in the Cabinet. So, whoever has appealed has done so in their private capacities. The Government has not appealed. So, they are pretenders."
